This is a simple discussion scripted to be an eye opener for those who enjoy discussions of quality light and light direction.
9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Breakout Session
To assure personal solitude and time for exploration and reflection, the group will break out individually to stroll the area for a quick round of candid image capture.
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Planning and Punting for Light Set-ups
Planning for light quality is one thing, learning how to do it quickly with a polished look is another. This segment will break down a photographic vision into a realistic timeline to help you make better choices with concepts you hope to achieve. Using skills covered during the early morning Beach Walk – Light Talk, the group will discuss the ambient light and how to control contrast. The group will build a set using modifiers to control contrast and achieve wonderful results for portraits on location.
Lunch 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. More Local Fare*
1:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Quiet on the Set
